iPhone App + Website
In partnership with NewTown Macon and AT&T, we are developing an innovative iPhone application and website that will serve as an educational tool for teachers, parents, tourists, and the like who visit the Water Works park here in Macon, Georgia or at the website (TBD). While in the park, the app will use geo-location (kind of like the gps in your car) to automatically deliver information relevant to the various historical, sociological, scientific, and fun facts of the park, including info on the formation of the river bed to the Indian artifacts and monuments. Thanks to AT&T, iPhones will be available for checkout at the Water Works Park, making this technology accessible to everyone. Local educators are populating a database that will house the information on the park, and can be accessed by anyone from the new website. This is very exciting, but we must give you a word of caution: Be careful because you never know what you are standing next to!

The Georgia Music Hall of Fame celebrates Georgia’s rich musical history, from R.E.M., the B-52s, James Brown, Otis Redding, to Johnny Mercer, TLC and Gladys Knight and the Pips. The organization already had a website, but found it difficult to update. We took their existing design and re-developed it on an easy-to-update content management system. The Hall of Fame is in Macon, Georgia. Be sure to stop and visit if you are in the area!
